What simulation resources exist to help prepare for COVID-19-related illness?

A fairly complete list of simulation related resources for the COVID-19 pandemic can be found at Simulation Canada (1). Many simulation resources exist for preparing for COVID-19 related illness, including resources for group leaders, case packages for group learning, virtual cases for individual learning, and recordings of past simulations.
